About Mosh Teitelbaum
I am a long-time, software developer and technical project manager specializing in web-based applications. I started programming at 9 years old, cut my teeth on HTML back in 1994, and have been working with related languages and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.JS, Java, ColdFusion, etc.) ever since. I hold AWS Solutions Architect (Associate) and Security+ certifications and am a Certified ScrumMaster®.
Aside from tech, I particularly enjoy all things food (mostly making, but eating too). I enjoy cooking, baking, BBQ, grilling, smoking, curing, brewing, fermenting and all things making foods, the more “out there,” the better. I especially enjoy delving into the science of it all. I’m currently focused on making the perfect pastrami sandwich and all of the parts that go into and on the side of it.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and children (yes, really!); socializing with friends; sci-fi and fantasy books, graphic novels, movies and TV shows; hiking and camping; and exercise. OK, to be completely honest, I don’t actually enjoy exercising but I like the benefits that come from it, both physical and psychological, so I do it anyway.
I have visited 47 states in the U.S. and am eagerly looking forward to getting to the final three in the near future.
